"The Lord knows the missionaries.  He loves the missionaries.  We get around 200 missionary names every Friday, and 120 minutes to decide where they are going.  We see their pictures, names, their language preference, and if we need to we see some of the financial, medical, and what the bishop and the stake president have to say about them.  Usually, we make the decision on a face and a name.  You can't believe how quickly the inspiration comes to us for where they should go.  When we have huge decisions to make concerning the church, we can go days, praying and asking the Lord for help, but with the missionaries, He gives us that inspiration immediately.  I have to tell missionaries they need to be very careful if they think that they have received the wrong call.  The Lord KNOWS and LOVES His missionaries."
